sry for the delay in posting
3 day weekends are awesome.
Last nite I had a 3 act Mozart opera. Realllllly freakin long and boring. The plot was really simple, and the only thing that made it longer than the 20 min it took to gauge the storyline were the songs: which were in german. There were no translations or anything. Just prompts to tell the audience wat the person was singing about. (The small bit of dialog was in english btw) So a lady would walk around and sings. Prompt: Condenza sigs a song of woe. After 20 min of woe a guy comes up and sings. Prompt: (insert spanish name) sings a song of lost love. He sings for 15-16 min. Guess who comes on again! Condenza! yayyyyyyyyyyyyy. Prompt: Condenza sings again of woe.
WE GET IT shes freakin woeful. Good for effing her. Get on with the plot.
The dialogue was funny, and sometimes it was entertaining. But when u have no idea what the people are saying in the songs it gets kinda boring.
-- "Whats different than the woe of b4? isnt the same as the current woe?"
