Im home now...and it sucks

Yeah, its the end of the world, i mean summer. same difference. Fortunately, This was probably one of the best summers i've ever had. Unfortunately, its ending.

And its not like the last week counts as summer either. Gotta put up with the 'rents, my mom is dragging us to her school, working at my neighbors. efff it.

annnnyway
NJ was awesome =) and i learned a very good lesson: dont see the blair witch project... its really lame.

Stevie and ben lit various limbs on fire yesterday at aaron's which promptly got us thrown out. and not from the flames, but the axe spray we used. hahahaha. wow. (sry aaron)

Junior year better be a miracle and not suck like it looks like its gonna. wow, i just realized i have a crap load of work still left to do. so ima go procrastinate until the weekend.

Finally im home. I was in seattle for a week and then i had to leave at 11 at night there, which is 2 in the morning here and i get in at around 7 a.m. . From there we slept until 11 am and then proceeded to leave for pennsylvania for dentist appointments. Dont ask me why i have a dentist in pennsylvania, it doesnt make sense.

yeah
so im home

buuuut

i get to go to NJ on saturday. woo-hoo!
my parents were reluctant to send me up on a train by myself and let me sleep over at a girl's house.
but its all good. haha

and then 1 more week of freedom.

status: part three of Crime & Punishment
Despite what everyone is saying about the book, Im really into it. Yes its horribly depressing, yes it gets slow, yes its a bit weird at times, but it truly is a masterpiece. The questions that Dostoevesky raises are deep and very hard ones to raise. buuuut i dont want to write a book report so ill stop. Im having trouble keeping track of the names though.

my dad just informed me that Balzac and the little Chinese Seamstress is a movie and now playing. so i definitely wont cheat and go and see it so i dont have to read it...

im done

Yep, so I'm here in seattle. This city is amazing. My great-aunt has this house built right on Puget sound. Unfortunately, its not much of a vacation... we've been visiting my great-uncle for pretty much the entire day. Luckily, there is this computer here.

I hate the smell of nursing homes, or the politically correct term "retirement community." Bullshit. I'd kill myself before I came here. You can see it in the patients eyes. They dont want to be there, unless theyre so sick they dont know where they are. Privacy is zilch, independence is zilch. And the feeling when you go in there is just depressing. But the smell is horrible, if this smell were in any other place, It might not be noticeable, but when its compounded with the thought of this place just as a place to keep urself occupied as you die, its revolting. Its even more ridiculous when you think of the cost. For good care its like $8000 a month, and its not paid in any part by any govt. subsidy.

yeah...

i dont ever want to be old.

This school year is gonna suck, and Im not looking forward to it.

I found this amazing sign here. Theyve been having problems with pedestrian deaths and so they have these signs with these stick ppl running for cover with the caption: "Drive Carefully, Think of the Impact you could make" Ill put up a picture when i can upload.
Otherwise, Im extremely bored. and so are you if you read this far

haha youve been punk'd

Disclaimer: Almost the entirety of this post is sarcasm.

Well, Im off to Seattle tomorrow morning... at an ungodly hour of course. Its gotta be better than here. I'm kinda thinkin that all these plane crashes lately are kind of an omen, but. Three crashes in a month, one today. Insanomax. So ill be back in one week if i dont crash and burn. I know every1 will have uncontrollable crying fits when my prescence is gone, fear not. In the words of MacArthur: "I shall return." Yeahhhh. So dont have too much fun without me, cause i know there's oh so much to do around here.

crazy verbs:
defenestrating
trafficating
deplaning

where do we get this shit? i understand defenestration buuuuut.
arghhh stupid iTunes. Crashed 6 times already.

alrighty
im out

yay. my power went out. AAAAAAAAHHHHHHH technology withdrawal. So my dad and i go to the movies. Saw The Great Raid. No its not about insect genocide, its about WWII on the japanese front. Pretty good. Not as intense as Sin City, which I also saw today. Man that was a great movie, sometimes a bit weird but amazing. Yeah, I know, Ive got that movie reviewer touch. I bet from that one sentence you could see the entire thing in your brain. Yeah, so then I had to go deal with my <--neighbors bricks: Fun stuff. On wed. i get to goto seattle, another trip outta here. Hopefully ima goin to NJ b4 school starts, which would be another healthy reason to not be here. ;). Yeah, ima go relish in my power being on.

**goes and turns every light on in house, not to mention the blender**

Well, apparently, the video that was formerly in this space has caused errors with some browsers. When I say browsers, I mean one. And when I say one, I mean its all graham's fault. All in favor of just screwing graham and posting it anyway... please comment. Its chop suey by system of a down.

Haha

I HATE ECKERD.

yeah i just thought I'd point that out. Dont ever get your pictures developed there. Last time I did, they overexposed the film, leaving a weird light shadowy thing. More recently, they decided that theyd mesh one half of one picture and another half of the next picture on the same paper. Ugh.

Today was a random day, as always. Ben and I worked on a new riff that seems promising. Then stevie busted in, announcing that he was 8 hundred fifty something dollars in debt from callin his ladytype in Brazil. I would call this dedication, but after certain remarks and the fact that this is stevie, id say the work dedication would have to be modified a little to fit. Ergo, we had to go help stevie get job application after buying several energy drinks. We got like 10 applications and chilled out to the new Chimaira CD. And now I have company.....

Hey guys, I've decided to post again. No im not kidding. Yeah, I've started on this social commentary and I've realized that there is so much to write about, its gonna take awhile. Yeah I know, ur all holding ur breath (breath...breaths....breathes?) wow today was hot, the heat index made it almost 110. Not exactly fun for mowing lawns. At least i didnt have a date with the bricks. Today it was around 80 degrees in Anchorage: Anchorage, ALASKA. I agree that there is some degree of naturality in the process of global warming. However, the results of global warming have ceased to be natural. Have you noticed the gas prices lately? $2.50 per gallon for the lowest quality of gasoline. Recently, prices per barrel exceeded $65. Does anyone else find this ridiculous? Oil was one of the reasons our government denied for invading Iraq, even though lower gas prices were promised. We havent seen a sub 2 dollar day in an eon. So, though our ecological situation is worsening, we are paying the price in more than one way. We are paying a fortune for our pollution. Even sadder, the hope that I had that Hummer owners would give up, be hippies, and buy a Prius, seems to be in vain. In fact, there seem to be more SUVs on the road. Therefore, something must be done. Unfortunately, new technologies dont fade in, the new ones replace the old the last possible second. These gas companies such as BP may claim that they are trying to "clean up their oil." But how much can you clean an eternally dirty thing. Also, it is not profitable for these companies to support the ecology and support new technology. To date, there is only one fuel-cell car in the possesion of a normal American family. Right now, our economy depends on oil, whether from other countries, or from our own "emergency supply." The US is held hostage by OPEC countries, wincing at every cut in exports or production. If this technology doesnt arrive soon enough, the very freedoms we take for granted could be completely inverted by our dependence on oil.

Wow... yeah If you decided to read that, I give you a gold star and 2.5 silver stars.

Im out, dont ranting.

What up all. I finally got this thing to work with a little help from graham. Pretty cool heh? heh? Yeah anyway. Guess what. IM NOT DOING XC. HAH take that. I figured that since this is a big year, and that the band is gonna need to practice alot after school, that my laziness is justified. Get ready for the JV show this year guys, its gonna be amazing. I guess it would be helpful to have a name though. Im thinkin about "subject to change" due to a confuzed conversation I had..... Anyway, get ready for an amazing essay on the social scene here at FC. Right now, ima play video games.
